These Terms govern your use of Smile Up by DentalMente™, a digital ecosystem provided to dental clinics and their patients as a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service.
Accounts
Access is restricted to authenticated users. Clinics are responsible for the activity of professionals and patients invited under their Smile Up account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to bypass security, or use the service for any purpose other than supporting preventive dental care and patient engagement.
Subscription & termination
Subscriptions renew according to the plan selected by the clinic. Either party may terminate in accordance with the service agreement.
